“Chocolate Avocado Mousse – a very versatile dessert
You might need to adjust the quantities of my ingredients depending on how much mousse you want to prepare. I cannot tolerate cocoa powder very well , so I prefer carob powder which is a little bit sweeter than cocoa. For this recipe I used a little bit of honey. Vegans can replace it with stevia extract, maple syrup or some dry fruits such as raisins even if the recipe is just fine without any added sweetener.
For the topping you could use walnuts or fresh fruits, such as raspberries, strawberries or blueberries.
