New Vlog Post: Dieta Recomandata in Endometrioza/Endometriosis Diet: What Foods to Avoid

RO: Am reusit sa public pe Vlogul meu dedicat endometriozei videoclipul despre grupele de alimente pe care ar trebui sa le eliminam sau la care sa fim atente atunci cand ne confruntam cu endometrioza. Mentionez ca sunt redactor, am scris o multime de articole despre endometrioza, am contribuit la formarea a multor grupuri de suport Facebook prin comentariile, interventiile si articolele sharuite de mine, am citit si studiat o multime de studii si articole pe care deseori le mentionez in descrierea videoclipurilor mele. Pe langa aceasta activitate, sunt si pacient cu endometrioza stadiul IV (operat, acum sunt in stadiul I), am trecut prin doua operatii (2014 si 2016), am incercat foarte multe anticonceptionale si tratamente hormonale (Diphereline, Cerazette, Mercilon etc.), dar si dieta si suplimente alimentare. Din diverse motive, m-am oprit la ultimele. Va voi da mai multe detalii despre toate acestea in filmuletele mele viitoare.

Va las aici filmuletul despre dieta, dar si linkurile multor studii care sa vina in ajutorul spuselor mele care se bazeaza si pe experienta, nu doar pe ceea ce am citit. Mentionez ca as vrea sa vin cu un filmulet aditional in care sa explic fiecare grupa de alimente (gluten, lactate, zahar etc.) prin prisma experientei mele.

Informatiile de mai jos sunt utile intr-o anumita masura si pentru chisturi ovariene, dezechilibre hormonale, dezechilibre ale intestinului etc.

EN: I succeeded to publish on my Endometriosis Vlog the video about the categories of foods we should eliminate or those to which we should be careful with. I mention I am an editor, I wrote a lot of articles about endometriosis, I contributed to the development of a lot of Facebook Groups though my comments, interventions, shared articles, I read and studies a lot of studies and articles and many of them I will mention in the Detail form of the videos. Besides this activity, I am also an endometriosis stage IV (had 2 surgeries, in 2014 and 2016, after the second one I am stage I), I have tried a lot of birthcontrol pills and hormonal treatments (Diphereline, Cerazette, Mercilon), but also diet advice and natural supplements. From various reasons, I stopped to these last two. I will give you more details in this and the following videos.

I will leave you here the YouTube vlog post, but also the links of the many studies that can confirm, to some extent, what I am saying. I mention I will also have different videos about each category of foods (gluten, dairy, sugar etc.) and my experience with it.
