EN/RO – Anti-inflammatory green juice

EN: Recently I switched on green juices, much better for me than other ones with a lot of vegetables and fruits.  The other day I tried a green juice with anti-inflammatory properties. Below you have two photos and the entire recipe.

I would say not to add other ingredients, at least not in the first instance. From my experience, juices are better with fewer ingredients, safe ingredients (no beets, turmeric – at least not for me – and pay attention these can raise your estrogen and feel it for yourself) and with fewer fruits (I choose only apple and, sometimes, pineapple).

Another important thing I would want to add: put the leafy greens in a bowl with cold water and 2-3 teaspoons of salt and let it 30 minute, after rinse it and afterwards add these in the juice extractor. This way, you will diminish the risk of some bacteria.

So, here is the recipe of a delicious green juice that can lower your inflammation and, therefore, minimize endometriosis symptoms also:

1 green/red apple (it should be green but now I only had a red one)

1 handful of spinach

1 handful of parsley

1-2 cucumbers (with the skin)

1/2 half of lemon (peeled)

The result is a nutritious, healthy and tasty green juice!

RO: Recent am dat-o mai mult pe sucuri verzi, mult mai potrivite mie decat celelalte cu prea multe legume si fructe. Zilele trecute am incercat un suc verde delicios si cu proprietati anti-inflamatoare. Mai jos aveti doua fotografii si intreaga reteta.

As spune sa nu adaugati alte ingediente, cel putin nu de prima data. Din experienta mea, sucurile sunt mai bune cu mai putine ingrediente, ingrediente “sigure (adica nu sfecla rosie, turmeric etc. – cel putin nu pentru mine – aveti grija si voi pentru ca acestea pot creste si mai mult estrogenul) si cu mai putine fructe (eu aleg numai mere si, cateodata, ananas).

O alta remarca importanta: puneti frunzele verzi intr-un castron cu apa rece si 2-3 lingurite de sare si lasati-le 30 de minute inainte de sus, dupa care clatiti bine si doar dupa aceea adaugati in suc. Se pare ca, astfel, diminuati riscul unor eventuale bacterii.

Asadar, iata reteta unui suc verde nu doar foarte gustos, ci sanatos, avand capacitatea de a diminua inflamatia si, astfel, de a minimiza si simptomele endometriozei:

1 mar verde sau rosu (ar trebui verde, dar acum eu am avut numai rosu)

1 mana de spanac

1 mana de patrunjel

1-2 castraveti (cu tot cu coaja)

1/2 lamaie (fara coaja)

Rezultatul este un suc verde nutritiv, sanatos si foarte gustos.
