RO/EN: Cu Marina la piata – ce cumpar pentru preparate sanatoase si gustoase

RO: Ma gandeam de ceva timp la o ciorba cu peste, insa la pescarie era inchis, asa ca am facut switchul rapid catre o ciorba de legume. Daca va ganditi ca e prea simpla, sa stiti ca e unul dintre cele mai hranitoare preparate, mai ales cand aveti probleme cu intestinul, cum am eu acum. Asadar, iata ce am luat eu astazi de la piata.

Morcovii sunt si pentru suc (in perioada aceasta imi fac doar suc de morcovi, dimineata), rosiile, dovlecelul, varza si ardeii pentru ciorba de legume – later edit: aveti poza mai jos (mai adaug o lingura de orez brun si la final suc de lamaie, acum nu am, dar obisnuiesc sa mai pun si 1 lingura ulei de masline la inceput), iar porumbii si bananele asa, pentru gustari sanatoase si delicioase! 🙂

Sa va las aici intreaga reteta de ciorba de legume: puneti la fiert o oala cu 1/2 apa, cand da in fiert adaugati 1 morcov ras, 1 morcov taiat rondele sau bucatele, ardeiul gras taiat si el bucatele, 1 lingura ulei de masline, 1 lingura orez brun si 2-3 frunze de varza alba taiate si ele fasii. Acoperiti si lasati sa fiarba cam 20 de minute.

Intre timp, decojiti rosiile, taiati-le felii, dupa care taiati rondele sau felii si 1/2 dovlecel.

Dupa 20 de minute, adaugati in oala 1-1.5 cesti de bors (alternativ eu folosesc si suc de corcoduse sau zeama de lamaie) si sare dupa gust. Mai lasati 10 minute sa fiarba, dupa care adaugati rosiile si dovleceii. Mai lasati alte 10 minute, inchideti focul si imediat dupa adaugati patrunjelul taiat marunt.

Daca va intrebati, nu, nu pun ceapa si usturoi, sunt “in pauza” de ele pentru ca imi dadeau niste reactii ciudate, asa ca am decis sa le las deoparte, cel putin pentru un timp. Totul a costat in jur de 20 de lei (Piata 700,pentru cei din Timisoara), deci cred ca am iesit chiar in avantaj si din acest punct de vedere! 🙂

Sper sa va fi inspirat postarea asta si sa optati si voi, cel putin din cand in cand, pentru o astfel de varianta. Eu cred ca nu veti regreta.

P.S: Stiu, stiu ca porumbul, orezul brun, rosiile, nu sunt recomandate de multi nutritionisti in vindecarea intestinului. Am incercat si fara, dar mi-am dat seama ca un astfel de regim atat de strict nu mi se potriveste, ma frustreaza prea tare si apoi oricum ajung sa mananc multe alte lucruri interzise si nocive, asa ca aleg aceasta cale de mijloc care, cel putin in cazul meu, functioneaza.

EN: I wanted to cook a fish broth, but today it was closed at the fishmarket so I quickly switched to a vegetable broth. If you think this is too simple, you should know this is one of the most nutritious food I have ever eaten, especially if and when you have gut problems, as I do have right now. Therefore, here how it looks like after I go to the market. 🙂

The carrots are also for the juice (I juice only carrots these days), the tomatoes, the zucchini, the cabbage and the peppers are for the vegetable broth (I will add 1 tablespoon of brown rice, 1 tablespoon of olive oil and in the end lemon juice), and the corn and bananas are for the healthy and delicious snacks.

Actually, here is the complete recipe of vegetable broth, the way I do it: place a pot to a boil (1/2 full of water), when it reaches the boiling pot, add 1 grated carrot, 1 carrot cut into small pieces, the pepper cut into pieces also, 1 tablespoon olive oil, 1 tablespoon rice brown and 1-2 leafes of white cabbage, also chopped. Cover it and let it boil around 20 minutes. In the meantime, peel the tomatoes and cut them into smaller pieces, and afterwards cut also the zucchini.

After 20 minute, add in the pot 1 or 1.5 cups of borscht (or lemon juice – around 1/2 cup), a pinch of salt and pepper. Let it all boil 10 minutes, and after add the tomatoes and the zucchini. After 10 more minutes, turn off the stove and add the chopped parsley.

If you ask yourself, no, I will not add onion or garlic, I avoid them at the moment because they give be bad symptoms, so I decided to cut them off the list, at least for a while. Everything in the photo costs about 5 euros, so I think it is also ok from this point of view.

I hope this blog post will inspire you to choose such option, at least from time to time. I say you will not regret it!

P.S: I know corn,brown rice, tomatoes are not recommended by many nutritionists in healing the gut. I tried without these too, but I realised such a strict diet is not for me, and, in time, I end eating many other forbidden and bad food, so this middle way is the best for me and, at least in my case, it works.
