Ton cu ciuperci si rosii cherry la gratar

RO: Pranzul de astazi: o bucata de ton (de la Pescaria SOLZI, din Timisoara, nu de oriunde , cateva ciuperci, un morcov, un dovlecel si cateva rosii cherry. Am uns bucata de carne cu un amestec format din ulei de masline, lamaie si 1 catel de usturoi taiat marunt. Puse toate pe gratar, iar la final presarat patrunjel taiat marunt.

P.S: Nu, nu sunt adepta preparatelor complicate, cu ingrediente “noi si sofisticate”, desi imi plac si acelea. Cu toate astea, ori de cate ori gatesc acasa, ma axez pe mancaruri cumva traditionale, simple, la care fac ajustari in functie de situatie. De exemplu, folosesc numai ulei de masline, nu calesc sau nu prajesc legumele, nu pun prea multe condimente etc.
